1. Eating apples
Research shows that regular consumption of apples can prolong life by 10 percent. The researchers noted that eating an apple every day for a year can reduce total cholesterol by 14 percent and levels of bad cholesterol (LDL or Low Density Lipoprotein) by 23 percent.
2. Being a religious person
A 2006 study found that people who perform religious practices on a regular basis to live on average three years longer than people who do not practice the religion properly.
3. Close to mother
Research at Harvard University showed that 91 percent of people close to her mother did not have serious health problems in middle age.
4. Diligent cleaning teeth
Bacteria in the mouth can cause blockage of blood vessels, which in turn causes heart disease. So diligent in cleaning the teeth can also prolong life.
