Before choosing foods that will make you sated, it's good you look, what kind of food that you can take as much and what kind of food that you should also take in small amounts.
Meals can be taken as much:

- Sugar and kinds such as sugar, honey, syrup, and so forth.
- Alcohol.
- Fast food is greasy and fatty foods in containers.
